The carvings on this beautiful and very archaic wooden door with wooden hinges show both Hindu-Buddhist and Islamic influences. The central square, which rises from the surface, on the door is akin to a coat of arms. This one is unusual because most such doors feature circular motifs derived from the Mandala images.
